Orders Shipping From Multiple Warehouses
YallaWorld products may be stocked across our UAE, UK and USA warehouses.
You can purchase products from different warehouses together in one order and one checkout.
If your order contains items stored in more than one warehouse, Shopify will automatically divide the order into separate shipments.
Shipping is calculated at checkout according to:

the warehouse each product is being dispatched from;
-
your delivery destination;
-
the applicable shipping rate for each shipment; and
-
the delivery service available for each shipment.
Because products are being dispatched separately from different locations, a separate delivery charge may apply to each shipment.
The combined shipping cost for the complete order will be shown at checkout before payment.
For example, if your order contains one item from our UAE warehouse and another item from our UK warehouse, your checkout may include:
Shipment 1 — UAE Warehouse
Applicable UAE delivery charge.
Shipment 2 — UK Warehouse
Applicable international delivery charge.
Both shipments remain part of the same YallaWorld order, but they will be packed and dispatched separately.
Separate shipments may have different:

dispatch dates;

delivery estimates;

couriers;
-
tracking numbers; and
-
delivery dates.
You may therefore receive different parts of the same order on different days.
Tracking information will be provided separately for each shipment once it has been dispatched, where tracking is available.

Canada Shipping
Shipping to Canada is calculated according to the:

Estimated delivery times are:
Standard: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Express: 2–4 business days after dispatch
The available shipping service and final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
International Standard delivery normally takes approximately 5–14 business days after dispatch.
International shipping charges depend on:

your delivery destination;
-
shipment weight;
-
the warehouse the products are dispatched from; and
-
the available courier service.
The final shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Eligible international orders over £300, or the applicable equivalent shown at checkout, may qualify for free standard delivery.
Remote locations, customs processing, severe weather and public holidays may increase delivery times.
Processing Time & Cut-Offs
Please allow up to 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.
Delivery estimates begin once the relevant shipment has been dispatched.
For UK Express orders, orders must be placed before 12:00 noon Monday–Friday for the applicable next-working-day service.
Orders received after the UK Express cut-off will begin processing on the next business day.
During particularly busy periods, including Ramadan, Eid and major promotional events, processing may take longer.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
Tracking information will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided with your order once each shipment has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
If your order is being dispatched from more than one warehouse, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days, contact us at sales@yallaworldx.com and we will investigate with the relevant courier.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
For international orders, shipping charges do not normally include customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country unless explicitly stated at checkout.
The recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges required by local authorities.
Customs authorities or couriers may occasionally require additional identification or documentation before releasing a shipment.

Addresses, Changes & Order Issues
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Address changes can only be requested before the affected shipment has been dispatched.
If you need to request a change, contact sales@yallaworldx.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be amended once fulfilment has begun.
If a shipment is returned to YallaWorld because of:

an incorrect or incomplete address;
-
refusal of delivery; or
-
failure to collect the parcel,
additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be dispatched again.
If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly and we will help investigate the delivery with the relevant courier.
