Returns & Exchanges Policy

Quick summary
- Full-price items: return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (unused, in original packaging).
- Sale / clearance: exchange only within 30 days (no refunds).
- Non-returnable (hygiene): headwear (ghutrahs, hijabs, kufis) and jewelry. Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Fees: original shipping is non-refundable; a £2 processing fee applies; if you had free shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted; courier RTS fees may apply (see below).
- Processing time: up to 10 business days from receipt (up to 21 days during Ramadan).
What can I return or exchange?

If there is any perfume scent or visible make-up/deodorant marks, we must refuse the return and send the item back.
How do I start a return?
- Start in our Return Portal.
- Choose refund or exchange (subject to eligibility above).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags.
- Ship with a trackable service—especially for items over $/£50. Keep your receipt.
You’re responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Fees, deductions & processing times

Processing time: up to 10 business days from the day we receive your return; during Ramadan up to 21 days.
How and when will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- Check your bank/credit card again in a few days.
- Contact your card issuer; posting times can vary.
- Contact your bank; processing times may apply.

Can I exchange an item?
During busy seasons we can’t process direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you need.
Outside peak periods, exchanges follow the same eligibility rules and time windows listed above.
Condition & packaging requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached, in the original packaging.
- Returns with perfume scent or make-up/deodorant marks will be refused and sent back.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds if returns procedures have not been followed.
- If procedures aren’t followed and we need to send the item back to you, a shipping fee must be paid; the item will be held until this is paid.
International orders & customs
- Please check your local customs requirements before ordering.
- Customs/duties/taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer to the local authorities or courier.
- For documents (e.g., ID numbers) to facilitate delivery, email sales@yallaworldx.com.
- If an international parcel is returned to us by the courier, a £20 charge will be deducted from any refund. Re-shipping requires an additional shipping fee.
Delivery, safe address & missing orders
- Please provide a safe and secure delivery address. We’re not responsible for missing orders after the courier confirms delivery.
- If delivery returns due to incorrect address and you request a refund, applicable shipping charges will be deducted.
Faulty or damaged items
Every item is checked before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email sales@yallaworldx.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description.
Claims made after 7 days can’t be honoured.
