United Kingdom shipping

- Express (DHL): Next working day if ordered before 12:00 (Mon–Fri) — £8.99. Orders after the cut-off dispatch next business day for delivery on the following working day.
USA shipping
- Standard: 5–8 business days — $3.99 (free over $70).
- Express: 2–3 business days — $8.99.

International shipping
- Standard: 7–14 days. We use a variety of couriers to keep costs competitive.
- Free worldwide delivery over £300 (automatically applied at checkout).
- Remote areas and customs clearance can add time.
Processing time & cut-offs
- Processing & dispatch: 1–3 business days for all warehouses.
- UK Express cut-off: Order by 12:00 noon (Mon–Fri) for next working day delivery. Orders after the cut-off dispatch next business day for delivery on the following working day.
- Peak periods (e.g., Ramadan, major sales) may add handling time.
Tracking & delivery updates
- Tracking is sent by email/SMS (if provided) once your order dispatches.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Duties, taxes & customs
Shipping fees do not include duties, taxes or import charges. As the recipient, you’re responsible for all local duties, customs and sales taxes in your destination country; these must be paid to release your order.
If you need documents (e.g., ID numbers) to help the courier clear your parcel, email sales@yallaworldx.com.
Addresses, changes & order issues
- Please provide a complete, safe and secure delivery address. We can’t be responsible for parcels after the courier marks them as delivered.
- Address changes can only be made before dispatch; email sales@yallaworldx.com with your order number.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, re-shipping fees may apply.
