Can I change or cancel my order?
We can help cancel orders before they’re fulfilled. If you need to cancel or fix an address, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order is fulfilled, we can’t cancel it—but you can use our Returns Policy to send it back.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Most promotions are one code at a time unless we say otherwise. Each code has its own terms, which we’ll mention on the promo or email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa.
Do you offer free shipping?
- UK: Free standard shipping over £70.
- USA: Free standard shipping over $70.
- Worldwide: Free delivery over £300.

How long does delivery take?
- United Kingdom (from UK warehouse): Standard 3–5 business days; Express Next working day if ordered before 12:00 (Mon–Fri).
- USA (from USA warehouse): Standard 5–8 business days; Express 2–3 business days.
- Canada: Standard 7–14 days; Express 2–4 days (weight-based rates shown at checkout).
- International: Standard 7–14 days; courier shown at checkout (customs may add time).
We usually need 1–3 business days to prepare your order before dispatch.

How do I track my order?
Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link with live updates. Can’t find it? Please check your spam/junk folder or message us and we’ll resend it.
What is your returns policy?
- Full-price items: return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (unused, in original packaging).
- Sale/Clearance: eligible for exchange within 30 days (no refunds).
- For hygiene, we can’t accept returns on headwear (ghutrahs, hijabs, kufis) or jewelry. Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Fees: original shipping is non-refundable; a £2 processing fee applies. UK refused-delivery returns: £12 courier charge; international return-to-sender: £20.

Do you offer exchanges?
During busy seasons, the quickest swap is to return for a refund and place a new order. Outside peak periods, exchanges follow the same eligibility rules when stock allows. Start at the Return Portal.
How do I choose my size?
For kandoras/thobes, measure from the top of shoulder to ankle (in inches) to pick your size. Most product pages include a size chart to guide you.
How should I care for my item?
As a gentle rule: hand wash or delicates at around 30°C, low-heat iron, and avoid tumble drying. Always check the product page for fabric-specific tips.
Do you offer backorders or preorders?
Not at the moment—our collections are limited, so we don’t run backorders or preorders.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes—there are no country exceptions beyond standard courier restrictions. Available services and rates show at checkout. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Are duties & taxes included?
Local duties and taxes aren’t included in our shipping fees. Your courier or local authorities may collect these to complete delivery.
